There is a whole world out there on the web.  I have spent a little while this morning surfing and checking out other blog pages.  You learn so much just by reading what other people have come across at their libraries.  I learned a few tips to try, a few that are questionable..but overall have found some great advice.  I have become a "follower" of several pages. I am going to look at some more pages later as time allows.  Join me on the journey..and lets explore together. 

Thing 1

I have been on the computer for years but have never gotten into blogging.  My library director showed me this, and I decided to give it a try.  I am always open to learning new things.  I work in a library at the circulation desk and have truly enjoyed my experiences here.

Being a new blogger is kind of scary, but I am jumping in with both feet.  I hope I don't make too big of a splash!!

I hope to make new friends along the way as well as learn some useful information.  I am going to surf around in a bit to see what other sites are offering.  I will be updating as time allows.

My First Try...
